"Client", "You" refers to you, the person logging on this website or using WhatsApp2Order. "The Company", "We", "Our" refers to Vyapar Samiti. "WhatsApp2Order" refers to our WhatsApp-based order management and messaging solution.

2. Services Provided

  • Vyaparsamiti.com enables businesses to list, promote, and connect with buyers/sellers globally.
  • WhatsApp2Order allows businesses to manage orders received via WhatsApp in an organized dashboard.

3. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Vyapar Samiti, you agree to use cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. License

Unless otherwise stated, Vyapar Samiti and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Vyapar Samiti. All rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal/business use subject to restrictions.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information during registration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Ensure uploaded content (products, messages, images) does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Orders & Transactions

Vyaparsamiti.com and WhatsApp2Order act only as intermediaries. We do not guarantee payments, product quality, or delivery between buyers and sellers. All transactions are solely between businesses and their customers.

7. Content & Usage Policy

Users must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content. WhatsApp messages converted into orders must comply with WhatsApp Business API policies. Any misuse may lead to suspension or termination of accounts.

8. WhatsApp API Processing Terms

  • WhatsApp2Order integrates with the official WhatsApp Business API (via Meta platform or authorized Business Solution Providers “BSPs”).
  • By using WhatsApp2Order, you agree to comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Meta’s Commerce Policies.
  • The platform only processes messages, media, and customer information for order management purposes; we do not alter WhatsApp’s core messaging system.
  • Message delivery, read receipts, template approvals, and API charges are controlled by WhatsApp / BSPs, not Vyaparsamiti.
  • By using WhatsApp2Order, you consent that your WhatsApp messages may be processed to create orders and assist with customer communication.
  • WhatsApp conversations are only stored temporarily for order processing and deleted as per our Data Deletion Policy.
  • We are not responsible for message delivery delays, failures, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta.
  • WhatsApp2Order may not be used for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or unlawful activity.
  • Users are solely responsible for:
    • Obtaining and maintaining their WhatsApp Business API account.
    • Ensuring customer consent for messaging.
    • Paying any charges imposed by WhatsApp or BSPs.
  • Vyaparsamiti and WhatsApp2Order are not liable for account bans, message rejections, or penalties imposed by WhatsApp/Meta due to policy violations by the user.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may require subscription plans. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Additional transaction charges (e.g., WhatsApp API charges, payment gateway fees) are borne by the user.

10. Payment Gateway Terms

  • Payments made on Vyaparsamiti.com or through WhatsApp2Order may be processed via third-party Payment Gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, etc.).
  • By making a payment, you agree to comply with the respective Payment Gateway’s terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Vyaparsamiti does not store sensitive payment information (like credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials). Such details are handled directly by the Payment Gateway.
  • All transactions are subject to successful authorization by your bank/issuer. Vyaparsamiti is not responsible for any failures, delays, or rejections during payment processing.
  • In case of refunds, processing time may vary depending on the Payment Gateway and issuing bank policies.
  • We are not liable for fraudulent transactions initiated using your credentials. Please ensure you safeguard your login and payment details.
  • Any chargebacks or disputes must be raised directly with your bank/issuer. Vyaparsamiti will provide reasonable support but holds no liability for third-party resolution delays.

11. Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directories, and accredited businesses.

12. Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website or WhatsApp messages sent using WhatsApp2Order. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising from your use of our services.

13. Limitation of Liability

Vyaparsamiti.com and WhatsApp2Order are not responsible for disputes, fraud, or losses incurred in business transactions. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

14. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request removal of any links to our website and to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.

18. Disclaimer
