Data Deletion Instructions

1. Automatic Deletion

WhatsApp messages, media, and order data are retained only as long as necessary for order processing. After account termination, data is automatically deleted within 30 days.

2. User-Initiated Deletion

If you wish to request deletion of your account or data:

  1. Send an email to meshitsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Registered Business Name
    • Registered Mobile / WhatsApp Number
    • Email Address linked to the account
  3. Our team will verify your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.

3. WhatsApp Data

WhatsApp messages processed via WhatsApp2Order are only temporarily stored for order processing. To delete WhatsApp-related data immediately, please request through the above process.
